THE CUVÉE
For this vintage, openness and modernity are our driving forces.

We have favored fruit and roundness.
For this, our grapes, of the Merlot variety , are harvested at full maturity but without excess.
In order to preserve all the aromas of red fruits, the harvest is carried out at the end of the night , during the coolest hours.
The vinifications are done at low temperature, slowly, and the aging in concrete vats makes it possible to take advantage of their inertia.
This is how MANGAKA'S is a 100% pleasure wine.
Enjoy it as an aperitif, with a pasta dish, meat or cheese; its roundness and richness invite you to do so!
Wine that is too warm is never pleasant, but you already know that!
So don't hesitate to place MANGAKA'S in the refrigerator for a quarter of an hour and fully enjoy its flavors at an ideal temperature of 12° to 14° (avoid serving it at 6° or 8°, it's not a rosé!).
Finally: long live the mixing of cultures!
